Where is The National located?
The National is located in the heart of Old City, Philadelphia at 121 N 2nd Street
Is parking available?
Yes, onsite parking is available in our underground garage for a $460/month Availability is limited, and a waiting list may apply.
Is The National pet-friendly?
Yes, The National is a pet-friendly community. We allow a two-pet maximum per apartment with a $350 non-refundable pet fee, signed pet agreement, and $35/month pet rent.
What utilities are included in the rent?
Trash is included in your rent. Other utilities are not included and are billed separately, allowing residents to manage their own usage and costs.
Is smoking allowed at The National?
The National is a smoke-free community. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside apartment homes or in common areas to promote a healthy and comfortable living environment.
What types of apartments are available?
The National offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with leases ranging from 6 to 18 months.
Are ADA-accessible apartments available?
Yes, ADA-accessible apartment homes are available at The National. Please contact the leasing team for details regarding availability and specific accessibility features.
How can I pay rent?
Log in to Resident Connect to pay rent online. Residents can also earn rewards on rent payments through BILT, with points redeemable for travel, fitness, rent credits, and more.
How do I put in a maintenance order?
To request maintenance service, please log in to your resident account and submit a work order. We strive to complete all requests within 48 hours. Providing detailed information will help expedite the process.
Our maintenance team is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. For after-hours emergencies, please call the 24-hour maintenance line at (302) 517-0455.
Are there restrictions on amenity use?
Amenity spaces are available for residents to use at all times, but noise needs to be kept at a minimum after 10pm. Please be mindful of your neighbors when using the common areas within the building and the outdoor amenity areas.
